Terms and Conditions

1. Quotes. All quotes are prepared following a free site assessment and remain valid for 30 days. Quotes are obligation free. A quote becomes a binding agreement only once accepted in writing and payment terms are agreed.

2. Payment. Payment is required prior to installation as set out in your quote. We do not request payment until you have accepted your quote and installation plan.

3. Compliance. We assess relevant signage and advertising rules for your location as part of our service. Where approvals are required, we manage the application process on your behalf. Installation proceeds only once any required approvals are in place.

4. Installation. Installation dates are agreed with you in advance. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the site. Any structural or electrical work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before it begins.

5. Warranty. Products include a 1 year manufacturer warranty plus one free service visit. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification or events outside our control. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

6. Content. You are responsible for the content displayed on your screen and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and local signage rules. We provide guidance on what is allowed at your location.

7. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the resupply of the relevant goods or services or the cost of resupply.
